Grew up eating Mummus delicious Apple Squares. Last week I had a request for "Applejack". It was something new that I'd never had before. Similar to an Apple Square, yet not a true pie crust, and topped with a yummy glaze. They were very good!
Sounds yummy! Mummu's apple squares are more standard pastry crust topped with just sugar before baking. She's never done a glaze. These were something different, but good!
Oh yum! Lars puts a glaze on his too. We finished the whole pan. :)
