Tiny Anniversary Cake

Our friends celebrated their 25 wedding anniversary this week, and though she is "watching her weight", I couldn't let the day pass without a cake. So I opted to make a tiny cake for them ~ filled with apricot, raspberry and fresh whipping cream.
