Key Lime Cheesecake with Fresh Blackberry Sauce

Made two Key Lime Cheesecakes for a job and forgot to take pictures of them, but had also made these 6-inch minis for our house:)
They were quite yummy!

    Was very good. I think next time I would add some lime zest as well to make the flavor a bit stronger.
